FB: If you move a photo out of your timeline can you put it back?
I moved a couple photos from out of my timeline album into another album, and now I want to put them back in the timeline album, can it be done? Or did I make a permanent change?

No, you can't move pic to Timeline album or to any album created by FB, you can move it to any of other existing album that you create or to a new/about to create a new one.
