Help! This is about twitter?

Ok so I won this competition and this person I'm following said to DM (direct message) them on twitter my contact details! The thing is, when I click the little head thingy on their profile, it doesn't come up with an option to select it. It's weird because when I clicked someone's else's profile, it came up with the option to dm but not this person! Please help! Also, what would I write as they ask for my contact details and also this is on iphone. Thanks!!

You can't dm them unless they are following you back...if they're following you back I have no idea sorry
