Tried changing passwords not they keep saying that I have used the code too many times

Just have one good password and stick with it. You don't need to change yours regularily. A good password consists of:
9+ characters
Combination letters and numbers

Try And Request for a New Code See if That Helps

you will have to request a new code, and do not use it more than once - codes are only good for one time changes

You need to out the codes correctly and try again to get new code and put them codes sometime .
