How do you get more followers on Instagram or twitter?

Don't wanna be a beg but how do you get more followers on Instagram or twitter: on Instagram I only have 58! And twitter: 36 great!😒😳😨😦

Well what I do.. It works for me..on Instagram and probably would work good on twitter too is I look at my followers, and go to their followers and follow all of them because that means they probably like the same stuff as me.

2. Use hash tags like follow for follow
3.search those hash tags , follow the person, then comment below "follow back" and it usually works.
4. Search hash tag shoutoutsforfree and follow the steps..( good part about this is, you don't have to give them shoutouts back!!"
