how do i report this facebook account?

there's a facebook account that's been randomly sending me weird messages i don't know who it is but after there sending the messages there blocking me and then unblocking so i don't get the chance to go on there page and report them the messages aren't offensive though its just weird things like i dance with large spoons or something its been on my mind

First: to report it
Open the message ➤ click Action on top ➤ tick Report Spam or Abuse ➤ three option to choose, pick the one that suits you, each with different effect.

Second:
✿Block someone, AB, who already blocked you:
1. Ask your friend to go to AB Timeline, the person who blocked you, then copy the URL address, say it's
https://www.facebook.com/xyz;
so the email address for that account will be
xyz@facebook.com

2. Go to Account Setting ➤ Blocking ➤ Block users ➤ put that FB email in here ➤ Block.
