Can I take a FaceBook group that is only available to a specific college/university and open it up to anyone?

I made a group but somehow it ended up only being available to members from my college to join. I wish to add members who are not students to the group. Does anyone know how to open up the group to more people without needing to delete the group and make a new one?

Yes we can do it by with out deleting the page... How means there is option to add the people from college or university... From that we can add the people which we want.
