My facebook chat is sending out spam links to all my friends?

A guy sent me a link and i clicked it and now its spamming everyone on my friends list. It's sending a link of an asian girl with big boobs. It's really embarassing and makes me look like a weirdo. After the first round of links it sent out i messaged everyone and apologized and told them it was spam. I also made a status about it. Then it started sending out a second round of links to everyone. I deactivated my account and im downloading a free antivirus program. Will this fix the problem?
