How to get my picture to fit my facebook cover photo?

I want to make the whole picture fit into my cover photo but I'm not sure how...can anyone help? Thanks

Cover photos are 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall. The image you upload must be at least 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall, but then this will be stretch to fit the area.

Do the cropping to that size outside Facebook.

It is not possible to fit your cover photo by using this pic. Because it is 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels ta and you need 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels height pic for cover photo. You just use this pic as your profile picture.
