How to reduce the Facebook block period?

First I was blocked for 2 days from sending friend request...then 7 days...........now I am blocked for 14 days.....I heard next will be 30 days...and then permanent block............is there an way that my block will be reduced to 2 days in the future instead of 30 days................say if i don't send any friend request for 1 year.................I mean how long will facebook keep my records that right now i am blocked for 14 days so next will be 30....

there is no way to reduce it - just stop breaking the rules by adding people you dont know and you will not be punished anymore
