Hi, there's just something i want cleared up

If I put my 'Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your timeline?' on custom and put a few people on the list so they cant see it, will the listed people still see the post if someone who is a mutual friend likes the post or comments on it? like will they still see it coming up on the news feed above chat? hope that makes sense
