how do i add a hashtag to an instagram photo?

I'm new to instagram and don't have an idea how to add an hashtag to my photos? Can someone please help? Thanks. xx

Just add # this sign from your keyboard and write anything u wanna say without a space. For e.g
#cool

First off, click the blue icon with a camera on it at the bottom of whatever device you are using. Now you have the option of taking a photo, or choosing a saved photo. By choosing a saved photo, just click the square box next to the button you are supposed to click once you takes photo. Once you have chosen whatever photo, they will ask if you want to edit the photo, which is optional. After that, you will come across a caption where you could put hash tags, tag people, or just add a description of whatever you took or saved a photo of. You do not have to add a description, just adding hash tags and adding people is fine. The keyboard will contain a '@' and '#' symbol once you have tapped the caption box. It is located on the bottom right corner, and is in a dark shaded box I guess you could say. Then just share, and wait for the likes!
