Did a fan page ban/block me?

Does not being able to view a public fan page on Facebook mean that you have been banned or something? I googled the page and found that it was still there on fb, but I can't seem to visit the page..it keeps redirecting me to the home page.
And when i tried to contact the admin through messages(i'd sent something a long time ago, so i could do that) it said "You cannot reply to this conversation. Either the recipient's account was disabled or its privacy settings don't allow replies."

What is that supposed to mean? Doesn't 'ban' usually don't allow you to comment and stuff? Plus, i didn't even post any comments or spam..have i been banned?!!

Most Likely The Fan Page has Been Deleted Try Searching it On Facebook If you Cant Search it on Facebook Than the Fan Page Was Deleted
