What happened to my Instagram account?

So i logged in one day and instagram said that for security purposes we have reset your password and please click forgot password to retrieve the password
What happened?

Someone else has tried to access your account several times in a row, and repeatedly guessed your password incorrectly. This is a good example of why you should always use a password that can't easily be guessed, which you obviously have.

some one wants to open your account and trying the password randomly be careful

When Instagram Detects That Someones Account is Being Hacked and They are Messing Around with your Account For Security Reasons They Lock it To Get Back into your Instagram Account you Have to Change your Password
