How can I download facebook messenger history?

Hi,
I need to download chat history with my friend to my computer. from way way past till now. its alot.
I try to download all facebook data.. but its nt organized with messeges and its missing alot ( even the recent)
I also try social safe program. same thing so much is missing.
Does anyone know what other options are out there?

Click on the Inbox icon at the top of the Facebook screen (icon between the Friend Request and Notifications globe icon). You will see a list of your most recent messages. Click on the See All option at the bottom of the list. A new screen will display with your friend's list on the left and all the messages you have exchanged with them on the right. Find your friend on the list and you will see all the messages.
