Help! Is it possible to contact ask.fm administrators by phone?

Help! I live in Sutherland, and a month ago my car was stolen and was found burnt out in the middle of a field. An anonymous asker has revealed information that only the culprit would know on the website, "Ask.fm". They have also threatened to 'f**king kill" me on the website.

The police said the situation is very serious and said they would try to track the anon's IP address to identify them, but now they're saying they've been unable to do it because its a foreign company and they can't contact an English-speaking department! I'm being threatened, and stand to lose thousands, yet the police are being useless! It even says on ask.fm's website - "we can supply identifying information to law enforcement if necessary" Does anyone know a way of contacting Ask.fm; a phone number to an international/Australian department maybe?
