How can you edit a picture on an iPhone or iPad or iPod and put a mermaid tail on it?
Ive seen it on instagram and tumblr. But i don't know if people use apps or websites to put them ? I want to know how to edit a picture so there's a mermaid tail on a person, and I want to know how to add a fairy or fairy wings to the picture as well. Any help appreciated ! Smile

Probably have to transfer the file to something that can run
photoshop or sim. and then transfer it back
