How can I get the most amount of likes on my Instagram photos?

I know it sounds weird but I like getting a ton of "Likes" on my photos on Instagram. I see it as some kind of "high score" or something haha. I've been using more hashtags than I usually do, and they're different for every type of picture I post, which can range from food pictures, funny pics, scenery and photoshop projects of mine. Does anyone know what the best hashtags are for the types of pics that I post? And if it matters, is there a good time of day to post? Thanks to anyone who helps.

Comment on pictures.
Hashtags.
Try winning a shoutout, i know those are hard to win but go for the new pages, they gave me like a few shoutouts
