When you follow someone on facebook instead of adding them can they see your posts or do you just see theirs?

NO!...not if you put the post for public and not you friends by the settings,so if the post is public they will get a notification that you post something and if you post it for your friends no public will be able to see it only your friends added

depend. if you like their pictures or sometihng from their profiles timeline yes it show out public but that if they dedicate to put the profiles out there where everyone else can see and read from the public page. and if you had adding them on your facebook lists yes everyone can see the posts you had writting on their walls. .
