You can create other accounts, with totally different name than the older one and try making the account from different IP address, not the one from where you made the older account. Make the new account with new address from new IP address, like you can make it at your friend's house, If you can make it with outside country IP address , it's even better (you can ask to make the account for you to the one you know living outside and change the password later on) But I suggest you not to make multiple accounts unless an emergence.
