Can I legally hack someones FaceBook if they give me permission to hack it?
My sister thinks it's impossible for someone to hack into her FaceBook, so I wanted to show her that it is possible. I already have links to various hacking programs but I wanna know if I would get into any legal trouble for downloading the software. Will I be able to legally hack her Facebook even if i do have her permission?

Without permission from Facebook (which I doubt you'll get), your attack vectors are basically limited to MIM attacks and key logging. You can attack your sisters computer/network with permission, just stay well away Facebooks server.

Downloading software is legal (unless it's pirate of course) but most 'hackin' software is fake and riddled with virii and malware.

Hope that helps.

those programs dont actually work - and too many people dont really understand what "hacking" is and often confuse it with "phishing" and "security question tricks" - neither of those things are actually "hacking"

If the victim complaints then only you can get trouble. But as you are saying about softwares don't trust them hacking is not a game of softwares hacking means a good knowledge of security terminals, networks, programmings. So don't call yourself a hacker. It is a tricking. Also don't download the softwares if you don't trust the source. Otherwise you can be in trouble of virus and malwares.

Even after giving the permission, he can put case on you as hacking is crime anyhow.
