can a facebook post be hidden from certain individuals?

I tagged someone in a Facebook post and was just wondering if it was possible for them to hide the post from selective individuals as well as how would I know if the post is hidden all together. Please provided details of this is possible.

Go to custom share and select only those individuals with whom you want to share a specific post before posting it.
