Outlook 2007 stopped connecting to my incoming mail server. How do I fix this?

Up until late this morning, Outlook 2007 was connecting to my incoming Yahoo business email server. Now, it's stopped. I checked the name, SSL, and port numbers, and they are correct. The password is the same, as well. Yet, the incoming emails are not coming through. How do I fix this?

(PS: We do have ISP access, obviously, since I am able to access my business emails through Yahoo.)

We are aware that some Yahoo! Business Mail users may be experiencing latency when attempting to access their Yahoo! Business Mail inbox, or when attempting to load emails.

This issue is also impacting customers who use Outlook or another POP mail program, and may prevent them from being able to download their messages.
