Why does my age come up on Facebook's event page and not other's?

When I go to the event page of Facebook a calender comes up with peoples birthdays and events.

The problem here is that my age comes up, but when I look at my friends birthdays, their ages don't appear, just that their birthday is that day.

I even made my birthday not visible to people on my timeline.

Does anyone know how to get your birthday age to not come up on Facebook's event page?

its Probably Just Visible For Just you to See Dont Worry if you Set it to Private It Wont Appear on Anyone Elses you may See it on your End But Nobody Else Should Be Able to See it

your birth date wont appear to ppl if u set it private. but u cant stop the notification of your birthday that appears to your friends. they only see the day & month
