Twitter won't load . Help ? Please ?

It says " This webpage is not available " after it trys to load for a while .
I am using " Google Chrome "
I deleted the history and cookies.
I restarted my computer.
And it still says " This webpage is not available "
Everything else works fine like surfing the web.
Websites similar to twitter still work like facebook,tumblr,instagram,youtube,etc.
Please help me fix this and I know its not my computer because I am using the computer to post this question.

I can get on twitter with internet explorer either. I'm sure it's some bug from "new twitter". I can get on with mozilla only. I'm sure others are having the same problem.
