Facebook won't let me in my account with my mobile number?

I'm having trouble with my Fbk acct. I logged in to my Fbk acct. It came to a page that wanted me to verify my acct with my mobile number. When I tried to input my mobile number it told me that my number was verified with another acct. So, I went to take my number out of my second. I then went back to my first acct, to try to input my number again, it still said my number was verified with another acct. I knew then that couldn't be right bcuz I had already taken it out of my first acct. Now I can't put my number into my second acct. Can I get some help with this?
