facebook chat on lumia 520?

i would like to know how the facebook chat connected to the messages is working... i have some problem

Go to Messaging. At the bottom of the screen, press the status button next to + button. Make sure your status is not offline, and then press the back button.

Press the three little dots in the bottom right corner (. . .), then press 'settings.' Turn Facebook Chat to 'On.'

Then go to https://profile.live.com/home/services/c...3d75527921
Tick the boxes that say 'See Facebook friends and their updates' and 'Chat with Facebook friends.'
