Does Really Our Great Legendary President George Bush Want People Gamble Their Social Security on Stock Market?

If you understood the actions he was attempting to make you would understand it would not be total privatization of social security, but of part of the monies each person has earned. Under the current system with all the changes that are being attempted, there is nothing that guarantees there will be a dime left when many employees working today wish to retire. The current system was based on the average life span of about 60 to 65 years, today a majority are living well beyond that, with fewer and fewer new employees paying into the fund. SO you have individuals living of SS for up to 20 years longer than expected when the program was set up. Do you not see a problem with this? Less paying in + more going out (due to longer lifespans) = depletion of funds sooner.
