How do people post text images on instagram?

How do people post text images on instagram?
My friends are always writing a text and some how they make it into an image and post it on instagram. For example, I see people be like "good morning instagram" and they post that text on an image on IG. Is there an app for that, which one would you recommend and make sure its virus free.

There are a few apps for that.....the most popular ones are "textgram" and "tweegram" ....I personally use tweegram and I like it a lot! Hope this helps Smile
