Why doesn't my profile picture on Facebook it doesn't show up on my timeline or my newsfeed anymore?

Lately whenever I change my profile picture on Facebook it doesn't show up on my timeline or my newsfeed anymore, and I also can't change my privacy setting for my profile pictures album, it just has a little circle by it. How do I fix this?

You can't change album privacy for album created by Facebook, but, except for Cover Photo that always public, you can change the privacy of each picture.

As for not showing in your Newsfeed or Timeline when you change your profile picture, I guess it's an FB glitch.
