Facebook account question?

Is anyone know how to make your account hidden from search in facebook? Also is there a way only allow my friend to view my information? I basically don't want people search for me or see anything about me in facebook except my friend only.

go to account settings than privacy settings and there should be a choice for who can view your information who can search for you just change them to friends only
