Are schools allowed to login to your facebook?
At my school, if you're called into the office with suspicion that you shared test answers or something like that in a private group, they can have you login to your facebook and search it. I'm just wondering if this is allowed, or whether they actually have the right to view your facebook. Are they only able to ask, or are they actually able to force you to login? And at that, is there anyway to avoid doing so, legally?
Thankyou

No they are not aloud to do that because that is a invasion of your privacy and stepping out of there bounds but they can monitor what you do on there but as far as logging into your account they are not allowed to do that at all inless they have permission from you or your parent they are not permitted to log into your facebook because that is against policy inless they have some warrant or some kind of authority that they can show that states that you must let them log into your account then your in your right you can tell them no but they cant force you inless they have your statement saying they can log in or your parents but they are aloud to monitor and view it but log into it no they cant

They keep every bit of information in their servers but they can't search your email credential only things you've searched for example If you are looking at a porn site that is a concern but if you are logged in to your email your it should not be a problem, next time I recommend you use private browsing so you should not worried about it.

If There is a Good Reason Than They Have Every Right To If they Think Someone is Sharing Test Answers in a Private Group that is Considered Cheating the Only Reason They Can Find Out is By Going onto Someone Elses Account

if you Were Not the One Doing it than you Dont Have Anything to Worry About

If you Did it Than you Mite Get Busted
