How to upload video to Facebook?

My computer is saying that I can't upload a video to Facebook because it says 'bad image' so I have to upload it with the 'file attachments' option instead but my friend can't watch it, why is it doing this!?

Pretty sure they need to be in mp4 format and shorter than 10 minutes, otherwise it won't work.

Dear there are two possibilities, first is that there are some vulgar data or you are uploading a video that is more than the limit that Facebook has allowed to upload.

1. Click Add Photos/Video at the top of your homepage.
2. Pick Upload Photos/Video to select a video file you have on your computer.
3. When your video is ready, click Post.
