i blocked someone and it says friend request accepted READ DESCRIPTION?

well i blocked someone and it said after a while friend request accepted. i blocked him again and the next day it said friend request accepted. and today i blocked the same person and it said friend request accepted.what the hell?! i checked in my settings and manage blocking and it showed that i blocked the person 3 times. help please!

Contact the help center on Facebook. Tell them what's up and they should resolve your problem

go to Account settings., ->Security(second on the left)
Check the Active Sessions.,Active Sessions records the history of your log in.,
If you notice any unfamiliar devices or locations, click 'End Activity' to end the session and report about your account(that your account is HACKED)
If everything is fine & contact help desk of facebook.,

There May Be a Glitch in the System Check the Persons Profile if your Able to See the Profile than Facebook Didint Really Block it if you Cant See the Profile than The Profile Was Added on the Block List Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
