Is there an app where you can add dimples to your photo?

There is no app but you can make it, pretty simple.
1- Download an image in which a face has pimples e.g.

............
2- Open this image in MS PAINT.
3- Open another MS PAINT window and open YOUR pimple-less picture in it
4- Switch to the pimple photo and zoom in, zoom in enough to see the pimples big, very big
5- Make a selection of them using the circular selection tool blah blah
6- Press Cntrl+C
7- go to your pimple-less pic and press cntrl+v
8- put the pimples where you want them
