Should I recreate my school's confession page?

Ok, so at my school, there's this confession page. Unfortunately, ever since May of this year, it kind of "shut down". Like, there's no more confessions, but the actual page still exists. I think the reason why is because the person who is in charge of the page sort of "gave up," or perhaps had better things to do. So ever since, there hasn't been a confession page. It was really popular and I can tell a lot of people miss it. I messaged the page itself about why it suddenly stopped, but the page still has yet to respond.
I'm thinking about creating a new confessions page. Problem is, how do I make it famous?

Holy shiitt this happened at my school last year and it was literally the best thing ever. I think the reason yours shut down is because it was run by a senior that graduated (Which is what happened to our confession twitter.) I say you should start it back up and make a few confessions yourself anonymously to get it going, tell your friends about it and act like you don't run it. Stuff like this spreads in schools like wildfire.
