How to block Facebook Users from liking my PAGE content, not unless they LIKE my page first?

I manage a facebook page, and I wanted to know what setting, or where do I go to set that, before people can like content on my page, especially photos, they have to like the page itself first? This used to be available feature before, but is it still now?

I don't think you can do that as it's make possible by Facebook for people to get Page update and as Page nature is public and can be like/comment, even posted on without even Liked it first.
