just click on forgot password on facebook.com, either answer your security question or send a password recovery code to your registered phone no. or send the code to your registerd mail( gmail, yahoo mai or any one which you have registerd with facebook account) you will receive a mail and about password recovery, open it and click the link

As Long as the Hacker Did Not Change the Email Address Hit Forgot Password Put in your Email Address Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset link to your Email Click on the Link Inside the Email Change your Password and you Can Get Back Into your Account

If the Email Address Has Been Changed As Well Than you Wont Be Able to Get Back Onto your Account Im Afraid
