Yes check your email and click the confirmation link.

Check your e-mail account that you used to sign up with and there will be a confirmation e-mail. Click the link and your account should be activated immediately.

facebook can detect it when you break the rules by creating more than one account, then they wont send you a confirmation code, because you are breaking the rules

They send a confirmation code to your cellphone and/or your email account. Use it to confirm your FB account. You can get 2 FB accounts by using 2 email accounts, as I have done it.
