How do i enable facebook and youtube on computer?

Hii..
i work in an organization where facebook and youtube have been blocked with proxy settings and whenever i am trying to open facebook or youtube, its showing `facebook is prohibited by proxy: 80`or vice versa. Can anybody tell me how to access fb or ytube?

change your IP address .
or use sumRANDO its a software which will allow you to change and choose IP address for you

i think if u go on ur cookies or pop ups something like that i think it might be blocked? I had that problem once
