how do i DM someone on twitter that doesn't follow me?
i wanna DM someone, but they don't follow me. i know twitter itself doesn't let you, but i also know there's ways around it, i just don't know how. anyone know how? i don't want to download anything.

The simple answer is, you can;t, you must both follow each other to dm!
