How to get rid of facebook addiction?

Here's what I did:
I limited myself to spending first just an hour daily. Then after 5 days I went down to 45 minutes, the let 5 days past and go down to 30 minutes, then 5 days and go on for 15 minutes then 5 days and go for 10 minutes and 10 minutes daily isn't too bad. Most days I don't even check Facebook anymore. Hope this helps!!

Go out with your friends, or jsut get out, try not to stay alone, also try watching some documentaries on Tv, they can warm you up for study. Try finde a substitute, so you can forget about facebook, a good example is an educational website, lie one that hosts a database full of documentaries.
