you can take a picture from your camera or copy one from the internet. Then copy it to your harrdrive or thumbdrive then upload it from there. Once you have a photo or or graphic or jpg file ready, put it on your harddrive or flashdrive or thumbdrive, click your name in the upper right of FB then put the mouse pointer over the cover photo area then the Change Cover button will appear.
