when is instagram coming to windows marketplace?

hi, i have a nokia lumia 900 and i tried to download the instagram app but there is none for windows phone. i heard there were rumors of it coming soon, but is it actually coming, and if it is, when? also i heard rumors about some vimeo thing, dont know if its out or not but say if i had a vimeo, would i still be able to find/follow people on instagram? thanks!!

I thought you used to be able to use instagram on it's .com. It had a web version as well and the app(s) were just a mobile connection to the web version however that doesn't seem to be the case, at least any more and that is unfortunate. I'd agree that a web interface for windows and apple devices would be a great thing for instagram users! Looks like you can use a web based version of vimeo at vimeo.com
