"Facebook like" disappears after I moved the arrow on it. What happened?

My friend's post has two comments and the each comments has a Like.

And I moved the allow on "Like" to see who liked the comment..but "Like" disappeared just after I moved the allow on it.

What is the meaning? Have you had same experience?

But... the "Like" are still there when I visited his page again. And the "Like" disappeared again after I moved the allow on it.

I'm wondering if the person who liked the comment blocked me, so Facebook won't show the name.
