So there's this gym that i work at..and a guy who comes there to work out,, we talk a lot and he knows my family and remembers me when i was young .. I saw him at a wedding and the next day he came up asking me abt the wedding (pointing that he saw me and noticed my table) My twin sis likes his bro so she added his bro and i want him to add me and am waiting ~_~ wt if i add him? :/

Well there's no reason not to.I mean you do know who it is and they know you, and you even talk to him so why not add him.
