How can I update my facebook?

How can I update it to the new layout?

Usually it automatically updates. Try going into the facebook settings and looking around there

Isn't that what Facebook is supposed to look like? They haven't done an update so everyone's Facebook should look like yours.

After that go to your Facebook and click that colorful star icon at the top corner and then you can customize a lot, even layouts! It's a new feature launched just before a day or something.
