how to get more followers on tumblr and that will reblog my pictures?

how can i get more followers so that my pictures will be re-blogged too, i use hashtags but they never seem to work?

What i do is queue posts, so your tumblr is going all the time. This gains you followers.
Also, follow allot of people!
This will get you recognized
Also, post in peoples ask and ask nicely if they can promo you, or just post in there ask when they do an ask box theme like 'post in my ask and i will give you a blog rate' as this also gets you recognized and once posted all of there followers can see
