I know somebody being cyber bullied and it is a matter of time before they commit suicide?

Help. What do I do? There is this girl on instagram who is being bullied by somebody who has organised a hate page. The victims name is @julibubble. The hate page is @we_hate_julibubble. She wants the victim, Julie, to be the next Amanda Todd. I can't let this happen to some innocent girl. I want to put a stop to this, but I don't know how. Should I tell the authorities? Please help me! I don't know how to handle this. I also don't personally know her. Is there a hotline? Help.

i don't know about hotlines, but i would suggest telling an adult that you trust such as your parents or a teacher, they might be a report button on instagram to report bullying like there is on most websites, it's really good of you to try and help this person even though you don't know them personally. try googling it or going on the childline website because they might have a hotline number. i really hope that this bullying is stopped, you're doing the right thing

also i just went on instagram and it seems the hate page has been deleted, or hidden, and on one of the pictures julibubble said that she isn't letting the hate page get to her <----- not sure how true what she said is but i really hope she doesn't commit suicide
