Help with Facebook commenting?

I see this people commenting photos. I know how to do that, but some Facebook pages are the one when they post, in a minute there are 50 comments. Some people comment stuff extremely relevant to the post and it gets top comment. How do people do that? Is it a coincidence? Or do they quickly get a picture from Google and quickly save it and quickly comment it? Seems like it would till take a while. I know, it's a silly question, but it would be nice to know.

I do that. You just happen to have a great retort at the right moment. And pictures in comments are new and dorky
