Why when I send my friend a message on Facebook it doesn't show her name it says Facebook user ?
And it says can't send message need wifi connection and a red exclamation thing sign appears right there!!!

Two sure things.
1- You are not connected to the Internet, hence the "need wifi connection" statement.
2- Friend has disabled their Facebook account.

that account was either suspended by facebook for being fake, or the person blocked you
